The invention provides an artificial intelligence modeling method facing to macro and micro multi-dimensional early risk assessment of gastric cancer, multiple gastric cancer risk factors and Chinese and Western medicine phenotypes exposed by an individual can be integrated, gastric cancer risk is simulated and assessed from gene-molecule-cell-system-biological individual macro-micro multiple dimensions, and the cancer suffering risk of a tested person is calculated quantitatively; personalized accurate assessment and early warning are performed for the characteristics of dangerous factors of gastric cancer in different areas. Through verification with 12961 clinical cases, the results show that the algorithmcan effectively predict the risk of the individual suffered from gastric cancer, and is of great clinical significance for improving the early diagnosis and treatment level of gastric cancer.
