The telescopic mechanisms are arranged on a working plane; the sliding guide rails are mounted on the top surfaces of the telescopic mechanisms; each of the ball screws is arranged between the corresponding sliding guide rails; screws of the ball screws are connected to output shafts of the ball screw driving motors; the guide rail sliding blocks are mounted on nuts of the ball screws; the guide rail sliding blocks are in cooperative connection with the sliding guide rails; and the mechanical arms are arrangedon the guide rail sliding blocks.
