Abstract

The invention discloses a multifunctional research mechanical integrated test analysis platform and an implementation method. The platform comprises a steel wire, a force-exerting hand wheel, a forcesensor, a sliding component, a connecting lever, a planar movement crossbeam support, a first base and a second base, wherein forces in different magnitudes are exerted on a thin-wall circular tube byrotating the force-exerting hand wheel and tightening the steel wire; the force sensor is arranged below the force-exerting hand wheel, connected with the steel wire and used form measuring the magnitude of the force exerted by the force-exerting hand wheel; the sliding component comprises a sliding wheel and a sliding block, wherein the steel wire penetrates through the sliding wheel and is connected with the thin-wall circular tube, and the stressing direction of the thin-wall circular tube is changed by adjusting the position of the sliding block; the connecting lever is fixed to a presetposition of the thin-wall circular tube, the steel wire penetrates through the connecting lever, and the connecting lever is used for changing the magnitude of couple of the thin-wall circular tube; the planar movement crossbeam support is used for adjusting the position of the force-exerting hand wheel, so that the force-exerting hand wheel is aligned in position to exert force on a half framework; and the first base and the second base are used for adjusting positions according to the size of the half framework so as to fix the half framework. The platform can realize integration of multipleexperimental projects, is high in degree of freedom and high in force and strain measurement precision and integrates loading and measurement.
