Abstract

The immunity device comprises an immunity chamber, a conveyer belt, a speed measuring radar, a controller and an aerosol immunity device, wherein fans are arranged on the inner walls on two sides of the immunity chamber; the blowing directions of the fans are oblique and upward; the fans, a speed change motor and the speedmeasuring radar are separately and electrically connected with the controller; the aerosol immunity device comprises an oil-free muting air compressor, an air cylinder, an air pressure balancing machine, an air pressure control assembly, a main air pipe, a plurality of quick tees and a plurality of spray nozzles; the oil-free muting air compressor is connected with the air pressure control assembly; the air pressure control assembly, the air pressure balancing machine and the quick tees are connected by the main air pipe; each quick tee is connected with the corresponding spray nozzle througha corresponding branch air pipe; the oil-free muting air compressor, the air cylinder, the air pressure control assembly and the air pressure balancing machine are mounted on the outer side wall of the immunity chamber; and the branch air pipes and the spray nozzles are mounted at the inner top of the immunity chamber.
