The device comprises a saturation-desorption tank, a chromatography-isotope mass spectrometry analysis system and a sample collecting and feeding mechanism; the saturation-desorption tank is used for performing gas high-pressure saturation on a rock core and performing desorption on the rock corewhich has been subjected to the high-pressure saturation; the chromatography-isotope mass spectrometry system is used for monitoring the changes of carbon isotopes or hydrogen isotopes in real time; and the sample collecting and feeding mechanism is used for collecting post-rock core desorption gas and feeding the post-rock core desorption gas into the chromatography-isotope mass spectrometry analysis system. The shale gas occurrence transformation and isotope response simulation device is used for a shale core gas high-pressure saturation-desorption experiment. With the shale gas occurrence transformation and isotope response simulation device adopted, the output process of shale gas in a laboratory can be simulated; the changes of carbon isotopes or hydrogen isotopes can be monitored inreal time; and basic data and theoretical support are provided for tracing the development state of a shale gas well and predicting productivity.
