A bottom plate with a hollow structure and a collecting bin are arranged, so that excrement and urine of livestock in a farm and wastewater for flushing the farm can be timely and effectively thrown into a biogas digester, and biogas generated by the biogas digester can be used for generating power and supplying heat. A biogas boiler and a gas generator set can generate waste gas in heat supplying and power generation processes, and waste heat carried by the waste gas is recycled and used for heating the biogas digester, so that the biogas yield and rate can be increased, and operation of the biogas boiler and the gas generator set is also facilitated. Waste heat of biogas engineering is utilized,energy loss is reduced, environmental pollution is reduced, and the comprehensive utilization rate of energy is increased.
