The method comprises the following steps of: describing a transformer vibration noise generation and transmission process by using three groups of coupling equations of electromagnetic coupling, electromagnetic-mechanical coupling and mechanical-acoustic coupling; according to a coupling mechanism of a plurality of physical fields,: establishing a full-size three-dimensional sound radiation finite element calculation model of the power transformer, respectively carrying out far-field analysis and directivity analysis on various operation states of the power transformer, and drawing a three-dimensional space sound pressure level distribution diagram according to far-field analysis and directivity analysis results, so that the space sound radiation characteristics of the on-site power transformer are visualized; according to the invention, the calculation result has high calculation precision, data support can be provided for noise reduction engineering of the power transformer in the transformer substation, and acoustic guidance is provided for optimizing spatial layout of cities around the transformer substation.
