The wireless earphone comprises: a charging port which is configured to access an earphone chargingvoltage and receive/transmit a communication signal; a communication switching circuit which comprises a first input/output end and a second input/output end, wherein the first input/output end is connected with the charging port, the communication switching circuit is switched to be in a closed state when earphone charging voltage is accessed to the charging port, and is switched to be in an open state when a communication signal is accessed to the charging port; a communication switch circuit which is connected with the second input/output end of the communication switch circuit; and an earphone control circuit which is configured to carry out boxing detection on the wireless earphone and generate a corresponding detection signal so as to control the communication switching circuit to connect/disconnect the earphone control circuit with/from the communication switching circuit according to the detection signal. According to the invention, reuse of charging and communication of the charging port is realized, and contact points between the wireless earphone and the charging box can be reduced.
