The invention relates to a main
spare part lined in a
tower vessel apparatus, in particular to a toughened porzite seamless arc porcelain-lined
brick and a manufacturing method thereof. The
brick comprises porzite,
bauxite, zirconite, zirconia, kaoline and
feldspar. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: combination of raw materials and subsidiary ingredients, ball milling, iron removing, sieving, spray particle
drying, additive, mustiness, particle
gradation, isostatic moulding, grading, fettling, rinsing, baking, checking, packaging and warehousing. The toughened porzite seamless arc porcelain-lined
brick brings the excellent characteristics of porcelain such as ideal abrasion resistance, high rigidity, ideal acid and alkali resistance, no oxidation, high
temperature resistance, light
specific gravity and high
compressive strength into full play, and also overcomes the fragile
disadvantage of porcelain by means of the special
crystal phase structure of zirconia-toughened porzite; therefore, the service life of the brick is longer than those of lining materials including ordinary porcelain, granite and marble
tower adopted by the prior art, which ensures that the brick has strong market competitiveness and durability.
