Abstract

The invention relates to a gear box noise detection tool for detecting noises generated by gear engagement rotation in a gear box. The detection tool comprises a driving part, a rotating part, a switch part, a fixed seat and a positioning plate. The driving part can drive the rotating part to move. The rotating part and the fixed seat are opposite to each other. A gear box is arranged on the fixedseat and is close to the rotating part. A groove body is formed in the fixed seat and is used for arranging the gear box. The switch part includes an induction sheet and a microswitch. When the driving part drives the rotating part to move towards the gear box, the induction sheet makes contact with the two contacts on the microswitch to realize electric conduction; and thus the rotating part rotates to drive the gear box to rotate. Since the gear box is arranged on the fixed seat, the operation of the staff is greatly simplified; the efficiency of assembling and disassembling the gear box isimproved; and the performance of the gear box can be rapidly and efficiently detected in the mass production process.
