The method comprises the following steps of acquiring the climate soil vegetation data of a to-be-inverted area in a certain time period; respectively calculating the climate characteristic parameters, soil characteristic parameters and vegetation characteristic parameters; respectively calculating the correlation between the measured data of the soil at different depths and the climate characteristic parameters, the soil characteristic parameters and the vegetation characteristic parameters; respectively selecting the optimal parameters of the characteristic parameters, and determining each side length coefficient of the soil humidity cuboid inversion model of the to-be-inverted area by adoptingan analytic hierarchy process; and constructing the soil humidity cuboid inversion model of the to-be-inverted area. By comprehensively processing the climate soil vegetation data of the to-be-inverted area in the certain time period, the climate characteristic parameters, the soil characteristic parameters and the vegetation characteristic parameters are respectively obtained, and the cuboid inversion model is constructed, so that the obtained cuboid inversion model can better reflect the real soil humidity condition of the to-be-inverted area, and the soil humidity inversion precision is improved.
