The method comprises the steps of receiving the air traffic control instruction; in response to the new air traffic control instruction, outputting an alarm prompt and displaying air traffic control message content contained in the air traffic control instruction; in response to operation that flight personnel process the air traffic control instruction through utilization of a shortcut control device based on the displayed air traffic control message content, displaying and updating a state of the air traffic control instruction on a display device, and feeding back processing to a ground air traffic controller; and receiving and responding to a confirmation instruction sent by the ground air traffic controller, thereby confirming execution of the air traffic control instruction.
