Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of tumor animal models, and particularly discloses a construction method of an acupuncture mouse tumor model and an application of acupuncture immunizationadjustment. The construction method of the acupuncture mouse tumor model comprises the following steps of constructing a mouse tumor model, randomly dividing a successfully modelled model into an acusector group and a false acusector group, wherein the acusector group is used for acupuncturing Zhu san li of two feet performing acusector intervention once every two days for 20-40 minutes, intervention is performed for 9 times in total, and the false acusector group does not make any intervention. Research finds that the acusector intervention can effectively restrain the volume and the weightof lung cancer mouse tumors, acupuncture has direct cancer restraining effects, and the tumor restraining effects are relevant with regulation of a general immunity system, and increment of soaking ofimmunocyte in tumor regions for killing and damaging tumor cells.
