The bi-directional water drain valve structure easy in adjustment of the flow comprises a valve body, a sealing bolt in threaded connection with one side of the bottom of the valve body in a sleeved manner, a fixed sleeve and a second fixed sleeve; the fixed sleeve and the second fixed sleeve are fixedly connected to the interior of the valve body in the sleeved manner; a first sealing cover is in threaded connection to threads on the top of the fixed sleeve in the sleeved manner; an adjusting mechanism is fixedly connected to the interior of the first sealing cover in the sleeved manner; a filter screen is installed between the fixed sleeve and the second fixed sleeve in the sleeved manner; and the second fixed sleeve is movably provided with a lifting mechanism arranged on the inner side of the filter screen inside in the sleevedmanner.
