The whole vehicle thermal management system comprises an expansion machine, a heat exchanger, a condenser, a water tank, a pump, a battery pack heat exchanger, a motor radiator, an engine cooling water jacket, an engine tail gas heat exchanger, a valve and other components, different system operation modes can be adjusted by controlling the opening and closing and the opening degree of the valve in a thermal management circuit, and connection in series/in parallel of an electric system and engine system thermal management branches is realized, the heat dissipation requirement and the preheating requirement are met, and the flow regulation of each branch is realized to adapt to thermal managementrequirements under different driving conditions of the hybrid electric vehicle.
