Problems solved by technology

[0005] (1) At low temperature, the heat generated by the motor and on-board power components is not fully utilized, and there is still room for improvement in the thermal efficiency of the vehicle;
[0006] (2) The battery heating adopts WPTC for heating, and the heating power consumption is too large;
[0007] (3) When the passenger compartment is heated and dehumidified while battery cooling is required, the passenger compartment needs to be heated by APTC or WPTC, resulting in high heating power consumption

Abstract

The invention provides a whole vehicle heat management system of an integrated indirect heat pump for an electric vehicle. The whole vehicle heat management system comprises a refrigerant loop, a battery pack liquid cooling loop, a motor heat dissipation loop and a passenger compartment heating cooling liquid loop. The following functions are further achieved: battery cooling is conducted while apassenger compartment heat pump conducts heating and dehumidification, a battery is heated through the indirect heat pump, the passenger compartment and the battery are heated through the indirect heat pump simultaneously, and heat of the battery, a motor and a vehicle-mounted power component is recovered to the passenger compartment heat pump for heating. According to the whole vehicle heat management system, the heat productivity of the motor and the vehicle-mounted power component is fully utilized to provide heat for a heat pump system, and thus the heat efficiency of a whole vehicle is improved; and under the low-temperature condition of -10-0 DEG C, the indirect heat pump is adopted to supply heat to the battery, and thus the heating power consumption is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electric vehicles, in particular to a vehicle thermal management system integrated with an indirect heat pump for electric vehicles. Background technique [0002] At present, with the impact of unfavorable factors such as battery life, safety, and policy subsidy decline, the cost and energy consumption of the vehicle thermal management system are facing severe challenges. The demand for efficient, safe, integrated and low-cost vehicle thermal management systems is prominent. The vehicle thermal management system is a temperature control system that integrates the battery, motor and passenger compartment. [0003] The current electric vehicle thermal management technology is mainly divided into three parts: passenger compartment air-conditioning, battery cooling and heating, motor and vehicle power component cooling. Among them, the mainstream battery cooling technology is mainly liquid cooling (battery liquid cool...
