The system comprises a stable state obtaining module which is used for obtaining an evaluation index valueof the stable state of the new energy power generation system, an optimization module used for optimizing the stable state of the new energy power generation system, a control module used for makingthe optimization module optimize the stable state of the new energy power generation system, and a cloud server used for receiving the evaluation index value acquired by the stable state obtaining module, carrying out data analysis on the evaluation index value, sending an execution instruction to the control module according to a data analysis result, and making the optimization module optimize the stable state of the new energy power generation system through the control module. By using the system provided in the invention, energy management is realized by means of the cloud server, an impact of unstable power generation of the new energy power generation system on a power grid can be effectively reduced, and stable energy supply is ensured.
