The conical vein stent comprises radial supporting bodies and a plurality of second connecting ribs, and eachradial supporting body comprises two annular radial supporting ribs and a plurality of first connecting ribs; the radial supporting ribs are wavy and comprise a plurality of inflection points, and thenumber of the inflection points is equal to that of the first connecting ribs; and the number of the inflection points of the every two radial supporting ribs is equal, the inflection points on the adjacent sides of the every two radial supporting ribs are connected through the corresponding first connecting ribs correspondingly, so that each radial supporting body comprises a plurality of hexagonal hollowed-out holes. The inflection points on the adjacent sides of the every two adjacent radial supporting bodies are connected through the corresponding second connecting ribs correspondingly. The radial sizes of the multiple radial supporting bodies are gradually decreased in the taper direction of the conical vein stent.
