The cosmetic composition comprises 0.5-5% of panthenol, 0.25-2.5% of myrothamnus flabellifolia leaf / stem extract, 0.01-0.1% of glycerophosphoinositide choline salt and 0.01-0.1% of dunaliella salina extract. Glyceryl glucoside is an active ingredient of the myrothamnus flabellifolia leaf / stem extract, and the myrothamnus flabellifolia leaf / stem extract is an enantiomer of the glyceryl glucoside. The cosmetic composition containing the panthenol, the myrothamnus flabellifolia leaf / stem extract, the glycerophosphoinositide choline salt and the dunaliella salina extract can immediately soothe skin allergic reactions, improve skin tolerance and reduce skin redness causedby irritation, and is mild and safe.
