The method includes the following steps that whether a clutch electromagnetic valve is subjected to clamping stagnation or not is detected; in response to clamping stagnation of the clutch electromagnetic valve, the current operating mode of a vehicle is detected, and operating modes include a pure electric mode, a range extending mode and a hybrid power mode; first preset currents are utilized and last for first preset time to periodically flush the electromagnetic valve, if the clamping stagnation fault disappears after flushing, the vehicle resumes normal operation, otherwise, an electromagnetic valve fault signal is generated; and according to theelectromagnetic valve fault signal and the current operating mode of the vehicle, a preset algorithm corresponding to the current operating mode of the vehicle is utilized to control the vehicle to continue operating. The system is used for implementing the method. The automobile comprises the system.
