The invention relates to a material distributing device which comprises a conveying pump, a feeding pipe, a material distributing channel, a material returning pipe, a first flow meter and a second flow meter. The conveying pump is communicated with a stirrer; the feeding pipe is provided with a first feeding end and a first discharging end, and the first feeding end is communicated with a conveying port of the conveying pump; the distributing channel is provided with a second feeding end, a second discharging end and blanking ends arranged therebetween, the second feeding end is communicatedwith the first discharging end, and the blanking ends are communicated with a forming die; the material return pipe is provided with a third feeding end and a third discharging end, the third feedingend is communicated with the second discharging end, and the third discharging end is communicated with the stirrer; the first flow meter is arranged on the feeding pipe and used for measuring the amount of concrete flowing through the feeding pipe; and the second flow meter is arranged on the material returning pipe and used for measuring the amount of concrete flowing through the material returning pipe.
