The invention provides a nut dismounting and installation tool and a dismounting and installation device of a container building unit. The nut dismounting and installation tool comprises a screwing tool and a righting piece, wherein the screwing tool includes a bevel gear capable of being engaged with a bevel gear nut, and a connecting rod coaxially connected with the bevel gear; the righting piece includes a first cylinder body capable of righting the connecting rod and a second cylinder body capable of sleeving the bevel gear nut and righting the bevel gear nut; the connecting rod is arranged in the first cylinder in a penetrating manner; the bevel gear is located in the second cylinder body; the bevel gear is meshed with the bevel gear nut in a state that the second cylinder body sleeves the bevel gear nut, a center axis of the bevel gear intersects with the center axis of the bevel gear nut; and the bevel gear drives the bevel gear nut to rotate till that the bevel gear nut is fastened or detached by rotating the connecting rod. A technical problem that container corner fittings and a building foundation cannot be connected through bolts and nuts in the prior art is solved, a container and the building foundation are convenient to be disassembled and assembled, relative movement cannot happen after connection, and the container serves as a building unit and is used safely and reliably.
