Abstract

The device includes a burr machine, wherein a power wheel is movably connected to the inner bottom of the burr machine; an overturning wheel is movably connected to the bottom of the inner left side ofthe burr machine; a movable plate is movably connected to the top of the power wheel; a positioning plate is fixedly connected between the top of the movable plate and the burr machine; a machining rod is movably connected to the top of the positioning plate; and a movable clip is disposed on the outer side of the machining rod. A deburring plate moves rightwards, a material rotating wheel separates from the overturning wheel, the machining rod remains stationary. Another deburring plate deburrs the overturned sheet metal raw material, so that an operation is achieved of automatically overturning the sheet metal material in the deburring process and deburring the two sides of the sheet metal material.
