Problems solved by technology

The traditional quantitative liquid dispensing method usually uses a graduated syringe to pump the liquid medicine in the liquid bag according to the volume to complete the dispensing process. During the dispensing process, the needle is easily contaminated and the operation is complicated.
The applicant once disclosed a water injection dispensing device driven by a peristaltic pump (patent number: ZL201320821947.X) instead of a syringe to complete the dispensing. When the pump head clearance, speed, peristaltic tube wall thickness, elasticity and temperature of the device lead to large errors in quantitative suction volume, it cannot meet the clinical needs of precise liquid dispensing and dispensing. If more accurate quantitative liquid dispensing can be achieved, It will better meet the needs of hospitals for centralized and rapid dispensing

[0021] figure 1 It is a schematic diagram of the quantitative liquid dispensing operation of the traditional syringe. The quantitative liquid dispensing process needs to use the graduated syringe (Z) to suck the quantitative liquid from the liquid bag (B) and inject it into the medicine bottle (b) to complete the quantitative liquid dispensing. Not only is the whole process complicated, but the syringe (Z) needle is susceptible to contamination by repeated exposure to the air.

[0022] figure 2 There is a schematic diagram of an aqueous injection dispensing device driven by a peristaltic pump. The puncture needle (1A) of the dispensing device (1) pierces the liquid bag (B) and the medicine bottle (b) respectively to establish a direct transfer channel for the liquid medicine. The peristaltic hose (1B) is placed in the pump head (2A) of the peristaltic pump (2), the peristaltic pump (2) is started, and the liquid in the liquid bag (B) is...

Abstract

The traditional method for quantitative dispensing is to use a graduated syringe to repeatedly suck the medicine liquid in the liquid bag to complete the dispensing process. The needle is easy to be contaminated during the dispensing process, and the operation is complicated. The direct medicine liquid transferring method can not meet the clinical quantitative use requirements. The invention relates to a quantitative medicine dispensing device and a method for direct medicine liquid transfer. The peristaltic pump is directly connected to an electronic scale with a connecting wire, the medicinedispenser is placed in the peristaltic pump, the medicine dispenser establishes a direct transfer channel between the liquid bag and the medicine bottle, and then the medicine bottle is placed at theelectronic scale to zero. The electronic scale is set to quantify the required amount of medicine liquid into the medicine bottle, and the peristaltic pump is started to perform the dispensing work. When the medicine liquid in the medicine bottle reaches the set value, the peristaltic pump is stopped working immediately and completed the quantitative dispensing process. The device improves the dispensing efficiency and speed, realizes the automatic quantification of the liquid medicine in the process of quantitative liquid dispensing, and better satisfies the demand of concentrated, rapid, massive and quantitative liquid dispensing of hospitals.

Description

[0001] Technical field [0002] The invention relates to the field of medical devices, and provides a quantitative drug dispensing device and method for direct drug liquid transfer. Background technique [0003] The quantitative dispensing and dispensing referred to in medical treatment refers to the quantitative dispensing of the medicinal liquid in the prefabricated liquid bag into small medicine bottles, and then completes the quantitative dispensing and dispensing. When the pump head clearance, speed, peristalti...
