The method comprises the following steps of obtaining a target trajectory, discretizing thetarget trajectory to obtain a set of target points; for each target point in the target point set, establishing an expansion region taking the target point as the center; according to the optimized algorithm, selecting an initial waypoint in each expansion area and generating an initial airway, determining constraint information of an initial airway point in the initial airway by adopting an aerial carrier detection range and aerial carrier performance respectively; and calculating the cost value of each initial airway point according to the constraint information, superposing to obtain the cost value of the initial airway, updating the cost value of the initial airway in an iterative manner, and selecting the initial airway with the minimum replacement value as the aerial carrier airway.By adopting the method, aerial carrier route planning can be accurately carried out under the offline condition.
