Abstract

The invention provides a method for encapsulating an optical fiber loop by using ultrasonic waves. The method comprises the following steps: winding an optical fiber on an optical fiber skeleton to form the optical fiber loop; placing the optical fiber ring in the pouring sealant in the pouring tank; vacuumizing the potting tank to extract air in the potting adhesive and the optical fiber loop, and performing ultrasonic vibration on the potting tank to release internal stress of the optical fiber loop; and after the set time, taking out the impregnated optical fiber ring from the encapsulatingtank to finish the encapsulating operation of the optical fiber ring. By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the technical problem of incomplete encapsulation of the optical fiber ring inthe prior art is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of optical fiber loop encapsulation, in particular to a method for encapsulating an optical fiber loop using ultrasonic waves and a device using the same. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of fiber optic gyro technology, high precision, miniaturization, and low cost have become the development direction of fiber optic gyroscopes. However, due to the fundamental problems of fiber optic gyroscopes, fiber optic gyroscopes have strong temperature sensitivity, which can generally be improved by temperature compensation. The adaptability of the fiber optic gyroscope to variable temperature environments improves the accuracy of the fiber optic gyroscope, but at the level of inertial fiber optic gyroscope accuracy, only relying on the temperature compensation method can no longer meet the accuracy requirements of the inertial class fiber optic gyroscope. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the fibe...
