Abstract

The invention provides an LDO device and a storage device. The LDO device comprises a plurality of first current mirrors and an operational amplifier control circuit, wherein the output end of each first current mirror is connected with a feeding point on a power supply line so as to output a driving current to a storage module; and the operational amplifier control circuit comprises a voltage detection end and a current output end. The voltage detection end is connected with the power supply line to obtain voltage information of the storage module; and the operational amplifier control circuit is used for outputting a negative driving current to the control end of each first current mirror according to the voltage information so as to control the magnitude of a first current output to thefeeding point by the first current mirror and further adjust the voltage of the storage module. According to the application, the negative driving current is output to each first current mirror so asto adjust the magnitude of the first current output to the feed point by the first current mirror, and then the voltage of the storage module is adjusted, so that uniform power supply to the large-area storage module can be ensured.
