The invention discloses a power transmission tower deformation monitoring method based on Beidou III double-frequency non-combined RTK positioning. The method comprises the following steps: 1, a monitoring point receives a Beidou III satellite signal, and performs demodulation, despreading, decoding and resolving to obtain a pseudo-range and a carrier phase observation quantity; 2, a reference station receives the Beidou III satellite signal, performs demodulation, despreading, decoding and resolving to obtain the pseudo-range and the carrier phase observation quantity, performs positioning, and obtains differential correction data through an algorithm; 3, the reference station and the monitoring point perform differential positioning through a differential positioning algorithm; 4, deformation displacement data is transmitted to a server through a communication network, and a server calculates an offset according to change of a real-time positioning point; 5, offset data is recoded toa data center, and an early warning is given according to a preset safety threshold; and 6, user windows and an android client access the server to obtain historical change data and view real-time deformation data.
