Abstract

The invention provides a state monitoring method and system for an aircraft flap control system. An equivalent dynamic model of the flap mechanical transmission system is constructed, and a new methodis provided for selecting airplane health monitoring characteristic parameters. An equivalent dynamic model and a mathematical model of the model are constructed by using a multi-degree-of-freedom method, so that a transfer function capable of reflecting main characteristics of the system is obtained. And a new value of an equivalent parameter in the equivalent dynamic model is calculated based on CAD model parameter selection and empirical formula, and a spring-damping-mass parameter of the flap equivalent model is identified. Factors influencing the health state of the system are searched for by analyzing the mechanism of the system, and the factors influencing the health state of the flap control system and parameters reflecting the health state are verified through simulation analysis.
