Themixed cementing material is prepared from the following components (by weight): 25 percent of ordinary Portland cement and 65 percent of alpha-hemihydrate gypsum or anhydrite. The mineral filler is vitrified microbeads. The retarder is a gypsum retarder. The rheology modifier is prepared from the following components (by weight): 0.16 to 0.2 percent of an HPMC water reducing agent, 0.1 to 0.15 percent of a defoaming agent, 0.1 to 0.15 percent of cellulose No. 400, and 0.4 to 0.8 percent of redispersible rubber powder.
