According to the method and the system, centralized flow control is combined with multi-dimensional control, so that accurate flow control is realized, concurrent access exceeding system load can be effectively prevented, and stable operation ofthe system is ensured; in addition, by establishing independent virtual channels, all systems are completely isolated in the flow control process, mutual influence is avoided, and the stability of system operation is further improved.
