Flowing-out flow is obtained by measuring the outlet pressureof an energy accumulator, and by considering the influence of temperature on the energy accumulator, temperature compensation is added when a flow conversion mathematic model is set up; and accordingto the work principle of the energy accumulator, the relation of the flow to the pressure and temperature can be obtained, and therefore the flow can be obtained according to the measured pressure and temperature. Through the flow obtained through conversion and the flow expectation, the opening degree of a proportional throttle valve is adjusted according to control logic, and the flow is controlled. By means of the energy accumulator water supply flow control method, a flow sensor and matched equipment thereof are avoided, the number of parts is reduced, the weight is reduced, and reliability is improved; and the proportional throttle valve is used for replacing a fixed throttle opening, the system can adjust the opening degree of the proportional throttle valve according to pressure changes, and the area of the throttle opening is steplessly adjusted.
