Abstract

The invention discloses a pole slot matching method of a reluctance type rotary transformer. The reluctance type rotary transformer comprises a stator, a rotor and a winding. An exciting winding is wound on the stator in a slot-by-slot reverse series connection manner, and a signal winding is wound on the stator according to sinusoidal variation of the number of turns. The number of pole pairs ofthe signal winding is introduced to explore the pole slot matching method of the rotary transformer, the output induced electromotive force of the signal winding is calculated according to the workingprinciple of the sinusoidal distribution winding reluctance type rotary transformer, and the relation among the number of stator teeth, the number of pole pairs of the signal winding and the number of pole pairs of a rotor is obtained. Rotors with different numbers of pole pairs can share the same stator and signal winding form; the same rotor can be used on different stators, and one stator canbe matched with any number of rotor pole pairs depending on the established relation so that serialization of the rotary transformer products is facilitated, the design time of the rotary transformeris shortened, the types of the rotary transformers are increased and the requirements of various practical applications are met.
