The application provides a novel mechanical hydraulic shock absorber and an assembling and using method thereof. The shock absorber sequentially comprises a shock part, an exciting part, a hydraulic part and a balancing part. The upper joint of the shock part is connected with a shock rod through thread I and is fastened by an elastic cylindrical pin I. The shock rod is connected with an impact rolling joint through thread II and is fastened by an elastic cylindrical pin II. A supporting wheel is slid into a main cylinder after being installed in the impact rolling joint. An upper cover is connected with the main cylinder through thread III after passing through the shock rod and being installed with small steel balls, and is locked by a jackscrew II and pressed at the end of the upper cover. The shock absorber has simple overall structure, reasonable design and convenient operation. The shock absorber can ensure normal working conditions in a vertical shaft, a horizontal well and a deviated well and can adapt to various complex and harsh well conditions and has safe and reliable performance.
