Abstract

The die is driven by an external driving device to be subjected to die assembly, an internal space formedafter die assembly of the die is a cavity, a heating device is arranged in the die, circulating cooling pipes are arranged on the outer side of the die, a plurality of hollow grooves in divergent distribution are arranged on the inner cavity side wall of the cavity, the configuration mode of the circulating cooling pipes is the same as that of caulking grooves, a ceramic layer is arranged on the inner cavity side wall of each hollow groove, and metal parts are arranged on the surface of the ceramic layer; and when the driving device drives the die to be subjected to die assembly for press fitof a board, the metal parts expand in size under heating, and the hollow grooves are gradually filled and leveled up in the divergent direction in a saturated extrusion state.
