Abstract

The equipment comprises a mold clamping press, molds, propulsion mechanisms, a propulsion hydraulic supply system, a high-pressure hydraulic supply system, an electrical control cabinet and a console. A lower mold and an upper mold are folded or separated by the molds through a closing device. The propulsion mechanisms arefixed on workbenches correspondingly and distributed on the left and right and front side of the lower mold. The propulsion mechanisms are connected to tubular punches correspondingly. Blind holes are formed in the front ends of the punches of the left and right propulsion mechanisms. Openings are formed in the side walls of the punches and are communicated with the blind holes. The openings areconnected with the high-pressure hydraulic supply system. Openings of right propulsion mechanism are connected with valve bodies. The left and right propulsion mechanisms are used to push the punchestoward or away from ports of pipes to be processed. The front propulsion mechanism is used to apply force on the side wall of the pipes to be processed. The propulsion hydraulic supply system is usedfor the hydraulic supply of the propulsion mechanisms. The high-pressure hydraulic supply system is used to provide high-pressure liquid to the punches.
