Abstract

The invention provides a computing and communication cooperation method and system in a passive edge computing network. The method comprises the following steps of receiving an energy signal transmitted by an energy node through each communication terminal; enabling a first communication terminal which is far away from an edge server partially or completely to unload a task load of the first communication terminal to a second communication terminal which is close to the edge server by using the received energy signal; and the second communication terminal which is closer to the edge server unloads the task load of the second communication terminal or the received task load transmitted by other communication terminals to the edge server by utilizing the received energy signal, so that thetask load is transmitted to the edge server in a relaying manner for computing cooperation, and the resource allocation of the whole communication system is optimized. According to the embodiment ofthe invention, the overall computing power of the network is improved while the low time delay and the low energy consumption of the system are ensured, and the computing efficiency is obviously improved compared with a mobile computing technology which does not adopt computing cooperation or only adopts cooperative task unloading in a traditional mobile edge computing network.
