The method comprises the steps of S1 building an inputfilter and an output filter in front of and behind a power panel, and carrying out the filtering of a signal before the conversion of the power panel, wherein the signal is filtered again after beingconverted by the power panel, and the output filter comprises an inductor of the output filter and a capacitor of the output filter; S2 setting up an LC filter for the output filter; S3 selecting theinductor of the mH level as the inductor of the output filter; and S4 selecting an nF-level capacitor as the capacitor of the output filter. The solution provided by the invention can solve the problem of electromagnetic leakage caused by the switching power supply of the power panel in a complex electromagnetic environment.
