Embodiment 1

[0024] Embodiment 1: A kind of chemical neurotoxicity identification method based on neurobehavioral behavior provided by the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0025] (1) The present invention selects the test model as the wild-type AB strain zebrafish;

[0026] (2) Expose the model embryos to a chemical solution, and use a high-throughput behavioral analyzer to evaluate the behavior of the zebrafish, thereby identifying chemicals with neurodevelopmental toxicity.

Abstract

The application discloses a chemical neurotoxicity identification method based on neurobehavioristics. The chemical neurotoxicity identification method comprises the following steps: (1), selecting awild AB strain zebra fish as a test model; and (2), exposing a model embryo in a chemical solution, and evaluating the behavioral movement of the zebra fish by using a high-throughput behavioral analyzer so as to identify the chemical with neurodevelopmental toxicity. The method has the advantages that with the screening method, the motion trail of the zebra fish model can be simply, conveniently,quickly and clearly observed, so as to judge whether a to-be-detected chemical solution has neurotoxicity or not, the result is accurate and reliable, and a good foundation is provided for subsequentdeep exploration of the neurotoxicity of the chemical.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of neurotoxicity screening methods, in particular, to a method for identifying chemical neurotoxicity based on neuroethology. Background technique [0002] A variety of chemicals have neurotoxic effects, whether it is metals, pesticides, or organic solvents, the number can be calculated in tens of millions. These chemicals either exist in large quantities in nature and enter the body through life, such as aluminum, or are the main components in industrial and agricultural production and pollutants, such as lead, mercury, plastic additives, organic solvents and pesticides. These chemicals not only endanger the occupational population, but also endanger all populations as environmental poisons, especially through the mother's placenta and breast milk, causing harm to the fetus and infant, and causing irreparable damage to the development of the nervous system of children. Certain metals have also be...
