A method for executing a traffic scene-generating device comprises the steps of (a), in a statein which the driving data generated by using the preceding traffic data and detailed traffic data is acquired, extracting the driving environment information by inputting the driving data into a situation analyzer; extracting the vehicle state information for the autonomous vehicle by inputting the driving data to a vehicle information extractor to thereby generate the sequential traffic log based on the driving sequence, wherein the previous traffic data corresponds to the discrete traffic data extracted from an existing driving image through an image-based advanced driving assistance system, and the detailed traffic data corresponds to the sequential traffic data collected from the sensors of a data collection vehicle driven in an actual driving environment; and (b) inputting the sequential traffic log into a scene enhancement network.
