The system comprises a radio frequency power divider with two output ends, a broadband receiver, a time cache module with n output ends, n radio frequency conversion units and n narrowband receivers, wherein the two output ends of the radio frequency power divider are respectively connected with theinput ends of the broadband receiver and the time cache module; the output end of the broadband receiver is connected with each radio frequency conversion unit and each narrowband receiver; and the noutput ends of the time cache module are connected with the n narrowband receivers in a one-to-one correspondence manner through the n radio frequency conversion units.
