Firstly, the garbage image collecting box is used for carrying out image collection on garbage placed in the dustbin, then collected garbage information is transmitted into the classifying control device, and the classifying control device comprises a control system and a trained VGG16 convolutional neural network model embedded into the control system. Thetrained VGG16 convolutional neural network model is utilized for garbage image processing and garbage classification recognition, the garbage is classified, and then recognized garbage classifying information is transmitted to the control system; under the action of the control system, the garbage is automatically placed in the corresponding garbage recycling bucket, and automatic classifying of the garbage is achieved; and intellectualization of the automatic classifying dustbin is improved from the source, true automatic classifying is achieved, human operation is reduced, and the classifying precision of the automatic classifying dustbin is improved.
