Embodiment Construction

[0032] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, wherein the accompanying drawings constitute a part of the application and are used together with the embodiments of the present invention to explain the principle of the present invention.

[0033] This embodiment discloses a charge-sensitive preamplifier of input terminal leakage current compensation type, such as figure 1 Shown includes: a detector 10, a charge sensitive loop circuit 20, a compensation discharge circuit 30 and a subsequent stage circuit 40;

[0034] The detector 10 is a radiation detector, specifically a silicon drift detector SDD, a high-purity germanium detector (HPGe) or a Si-PIN detector.

[0035] After the ray detector is irradiated by particles, it will ionize to generate charges, and the charges will drift to the cathode (or anode) under the action of an external bias electric field. The detector 10 of this embodim...

Abstract

The invention relates to an input end leakage current compensation type charge sensitive pre-amplifier, belongs to the technical field of nuclear electronics, and solves the problem of circuit bias current influence. The amplifier comprises a charge sensitive loop circuit and a compensation bleeder circuit. The charge sensitive loop circuit is connected with the detector and is used for carrying out integration accumulation on the detection current of the detector, converting the detection current into a voltage signal in direct proportion to the charge quantity and outputting the voltage signal to the post-stage circuit; the compensation bleeder circuit is connected between the output end and the input end of the charge sensitive loop circuit; an output voltage value of the charge sensitive loop circuit is monitored, and when the voltage value exceeds the linear amplification area, the accumulated charge quantity is discharged, the output voltage value is reduced, and the output voltage value returns to the linear amplification area; and compensation current is provided to compensate leakage current of the input end of the charge sensitive loop circuit. According to the invention,the charge-sensitive pre-amplifier works in a linear amplification region; and the leakage current of the input end is compensated, so that the effect of improving the energy resolution is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of nuclear electronics, in particular to a charge-sensitive preamplifier of an input terminal leakage current compensation type. Background technique [0002] At present, the pulse-reset type charge-sensitive preamplifier accumulates the leakage current output by the detector together with the signal current to the input end of the charge-sensitive preamplifier, and the preamplifier converts the charge at the input end into a voltage signal proportional to the amount of charge. Output, when the voltage signal exceeds a certain threshold, the input terminal is controlled to discharge the charge through the feedback circuit. [0003] However, there is a leakage current at the input terminal of the charge-sensitive preamplifier, and the leakage current will change with the accumulation of charge at the input terminal, which will lead to the loss of the signal at the input terminal and affect the final energy re...
