The evaporation crucible comprises a crucible body and a blocking assembly, wherein the blocking assembly is detachably mounted in an accommodating cavity; the blocking assembly comprises at least one first blocking sheet and at least one second blocking sheet which are arranged in a spaced mode in an axial direction of the accommodating cavity; the first blocking sheet is provided with a first circulating part; positive projection, on the first blocking sheet, of the second blocking sheet in the axial direction of theaccommodating cavity covers the first circulating part; and a gap is formed between the second blocking sheet and the inner wall of the accommodating cavity. According to the evaporation crucible andthe evaporation device disclosed by the invention, the first circulating part and the gap are in communication to define a circulating path for an evaporation material; moreover, the first blocking sheet and the second blocking sheet are utilized to block most of particle substances from splashing and to block oxide particles from discharging; and meanwhile, the particle substances are splashed and the oxide particles are collected onto the first blocking sheet, so that the product yield is increased, and clearing is convenient.
