The invention discloses a phase-frequency response measurement and compensation method for a broadband acquisition system, and the method comprises the steps: firstly generating a standard fast edge signal through an oscilloscope calibrator, sampling the standard fast edge signal through a to-be-measured acquisition system and a reference system, and enabling the sampling time of the two systems to be not less than one fast edge signal period; adjusting a sampling result by utilizing interpolation and extraction to enable the sampling rates of the two systems to be consistent, and enabling thesampling rates to be greater than or equal to the sampling rate of the system to be tested and to be integral multiples of the fast edge signal frequency; calculating group delay by utilizing the smoothed system phase frequency difference, aligning data according to the group delay, calculating a phase frequency required to be compensated by utilizing the aligned data, and carrying out smoothingprocessing; and finally, designing an all-pass filter to approach the phase frequency or the group delay corresponding to the phase frequency, and enabling a subsequent sampling result to pass throughthe all-pass filter to complete compensation of the phase frequency response of the system.
