Abstract

The invention provides a method for increasing the overwintering yield of leeches. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a breeding method that significantly improves the survival rate, promotes the growth of overwintering leeches and increases economic benefits on the basis of the existing leech cultivation. Compared with ordinary overwintering, the invention increases the survival rate of the leech after overwintering by 8%, the maximum output by about 43.99%, and the content of antithrombin by 10.73%.
