Abstract

A micropump comprises an air inlet plate, a resonance sheet, a piezoelectric actuator, an insulation sheet and a conductive sheet stacked sequentially, wherein the air inlet plate is provided with atleast one air inlet hole, at least one confluence discharging hole and a confluence chamber; the resonance sheet is provided with a hollow hole; a chamber space is defined between the resonance sheetand the piezoelectric actuator; the piezoelectric actuator comprises a suspension plate, an outer frame, at least one connecting part and a piezoelectric element; the at least one connecting part is connected between the suspension plate and the outer frame and defines at least one gap for gas flowing; and the conductive sheet is provided with a plurality of contact conductive ends for being electrically connected to the piezoelectric element. When the piezoelectric actuator is driven, the gas is introduced through the at least one air inlet hole, and then introduced into the chamber space after flowing through the confluence chamber and the hollow hole; and then the gas is discharged through the at least one gap so as to realize gas transmission.
