Abstract

The varnish spraying and baking device comprises a base, wherein guide rails and a varnish spraying room are respectively and fixedly connected to the upper surface of the base, rollers are movably connected to the upper surfaces of the guide rails, a working table is fixedly connected to the upper surface of each roller, a rotating motor is fixedly connected to the inner top wall of each working table, a rotating disk is fixedly connected to the output end of each rotating motor, a varnish spraying mechanism is fixedly connected to the inner top wall of the varnish spraying room, a defogging mechanism is fixedly connected to the back of the varnish spraying room, and a varnish baking mechanism is fixedly connected to the front and the back of each working table. According to the varnish spraying and baking device for furniture processing, the rotating motor, a telescopic air cylinder and a rotary motor are arranged, so that the working tables can conveniently move into the varnish spraying room, and a spraying gun can perform varnish spraying on furniture.
