Abstract

The invention discloses environment-friendly recycled plastic particles and a preparation method thereof. The plastic particles are prepared from the following component raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of modified polypropylene, 35-43 parts of straw, 12-24 parts of polycarbonate, 8-15 parts of polycaprolactone, 0.1-0.5 part of cellulose degrading enzyme, 2-4 parts of plasticizer, 2-4parts of dispersing agent, 1-3 parts of stabilizer, 1-4 parts of plasticizer and 1-5 parts of antioxidant. Straw is used as a raw material to be processed into plastic particles; the recycling of thestraw is effectively realized; therefore, the straw is prevented from being incinerated to pollute the environment; straw serving as a raw material of plastic particles is environmentally friendly and excellent in regeneration performance, different colors of the processed and formed plastic particles are ensured by cleaning and bleaching the straw, and plastic is rapidly and efficiently granulated by utilizing a plastic granulator, so that the granulation efficiency of the plastic is effectively improved.
