Problems solved by technology

When the leakage air flow is too large, it is easy to form continuous bubbles, causing the liquid surface to splash, so that the gas discharged from the outlet carries a large number of liquid droplets, and the liquid droplets entering the downstream may cause damage to downstream equipment (such as high-precision gas flow meters)

Embodiment Construction

[0032] Such as Figure 2-3 As shown, a multi-chamber bubble counter for a gas leak detection system includes a backflow chamber 61, a bubble counting chamber 62, a gas-liquid separation chamber 63, a first pipeline 9, and a second pipeline. Part of the first pipeline 9 is inserted into the bubble counting chamber 62, and the end extending into the bubble counting chamber 62 is located below the liquid level in the bubble counting chamber 62, and the backflow chamber 61 is arranged above the bubble counting chamber 62 , the upper end of the first pipeline 9 is located in the backflow chamber 61, the upper end of the backflow chamber 61 is provided with an air inlet 2, and the air inlet 2 is provided with a third joint connected to the upstream equipment.

[0033] In order to prevent the backflow chamber 61 from failing, the depth of the first pipeline 9 below the liquid level of the bubble counting chamber is not greater than the length of the first pipeline 9 in the backflow c...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of gas leakage detection, in particular to a multi-cavity bubble meter for a gas leakage detection system. The multi-cavity bubble meter comprises a bubblemetering cavity and a first pipeline partially inserted into the bubble metering cavity, the end, extending into the bubble metering cavity, of the first pipeline is located below the liquid level inthe bubble metering cavity, a backflow cavity is formed in the upper portion of the bubble metering cavity, the upper end of the first pipeline is located in the backflow cavity, and an air inlet isformed in the upper end of the backflow cavity. The bubble meter has the advantages that the backflow cavity is arranged to prevent liquid in the bubble metering cavity from being sucked back into upstream equipment connected with the air inlet.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of gas leak detection, in particular to a multi-chamber bubble counter used in a gas leak detection system. Background technique [0002] As a commonly used instrument in leak detection, bubble counter can be used for leak observation and manual counting. The traditional bubble counter has the characteristics of simple structure and low cost. The schematic diagram of its structure is shown in the attached figure 1 shown. Leaked gas enters the bubble counter from the inlet and is discharged downstream from the outlet. The gas tube is submerged below the liquid surface, forming air bubbles during the leak detection process for observation. The use of traditional bubble counters is limited by the size and direction of the leak gas flow. When the leakage air flow is too large, it is easy to form continuous bubbles, causing the liquid surface to splash, so that the gas discharged from the outlet carries a lar...
